Virtually every asphalt roadway or highway built in America before 1930 was done with tar and chip. Many country roads are still paved with chip seal and can be used wherever blacktop can. It's more affordable and requires little to no maintenance. We have both Commercial and Residential customers, From high profile homes to apartment complexes and everything in between, chip seal is perfect for long lanes, private roads and parking lots.

Our state-of-the-art computerized distributor truck applies a heavy coat of hot tar liquid A.C. to the entire surface being chip sealed. We then cover it with a layer of washed chip rock and lock it into place with a large rubber tire pneumatic roller. We repeat this process a second time, something not every chip seal contractor does as standard procedure. Their 2nd layer is always a separate charge. We do it right the first time.
